About This Role
The role
Our Gulf assessment work is growing faster than our bench. This role anchors delivery out of Dubai: online assessment projects, competency-based interviews, and the reporting layer clients actually read.
What you will do
- Run online assessment projects end to end: platform setup, candidate comms, results QA.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and write structured evidence-based evaluations.
- Support assessment centers in the UAE and KSA as an assessor and, later, as lead.
- Be the local point of contact for Gulf clients between engagements.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in talent assessment, talent acquisition, or talent management.
- Practised at competency-based interviewing — trained, not self-taught.
- Based in the UAE with the right to work, or ready to relocate.
- Clean, plain-English report writing.
Nice to have
- Arabic and English assessment delivery.
- Experience with high-volume graduate or national-development programs.
