Senior HR Consultant

The role

You own client engagements end to end: HR audits, operating-model work, restructures, and the follow-through after the deck is delivered. You will sit inside client organizations for weeks at a time, not present to them from the outside.

What you will do

• Lead HR audit and consultancy engagements across Egypt and the Gulf, from diagnostic to implementation.
• Design job architectures, grading structures, and competency frameworks that survive contact with a real payroll.
• Coach client HR teams through the change, rather than handing over documents and leaving.
• Scope new engagements with business development and write the proposals you would have to deliver.
• Feed patterns from the field back into our frameworks and the HR Cafe agenda.

What we are looking for

• 6+ years in HR, with at least three of them running or owning a function inside an organization.
• Track record on at least two of: HR audit, restructuring, job evaluation, performance management rollout.
• Comfort with ambiguity and with telling a CEO something they do not want to hear.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience in a boutique or Big Four people practice.
• CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or an equivalent certification.
• Exposure to family-owned businesses and their governance realities.
