Product Manager, ENGO

The role

ENGO is our AI People & Culture Advisor: it talks to visitors, understands their problem, points them to the right service, and hands a qualified lead to the team. You own where it goes next.

What you will do

• Own the ENGO roadmap: conversation quality, lead capture, and the internal dashboard around it.
• Read transcripts weekly and turn failure patterns into prompt, knowledge, and guardrail changes.
• Work with consultants to keep ENGO’s service knowledge accurate as offerings change.
• Define the metrics that matter — qualified conversations, not message volume.
• Work directly with engineering on scope; write specs that are decisions, not wish lists.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years in product, at least one of them on an AI or conversational product.
• Hands-on with LLM behavior: prompting, evaluation, retrieval, and where each one breaks.
• Willing to do the unglamorous part — reading hundreds of transcripts.
• Able to ship with a small team and no product-ops safety net.

Nice to have

• Experience with lead-gen or sales-assist products.
• Working knowledge of a headless CMS such as Payload, Sanity, or Contentful.
