About This Role
The role
An associate role for practitioners who train well and have run the thing they are training on. You will deliver our CPD-accredited HR programs and people-development workshops on a per-program basis.
What you will do
- Facilitate accredited programs: The HR Journey, Competency Modeling & CBI, Total Rewards, KPIs and OKRs.
- Adapt material to the client context before delivery — cases, examples, and data from their sector.
- Run in-person and virtual cohorts of 12–25 participants.
- Feed evaluation results back into the material each cycle.
What we are looking for
- 8+ years in HR with real operating experience behind the topics you teach.
- Facilitation experience with mixed-seniority rooms, including line managers who did not choose to be there.
- Available for scheduled program days across the year, not full-time.
Nice to have
- CPD, CIPD, or train-the-trainer certification.
- Published or spoken at HR community events in the region.
