About This Role
The role
The HR Cafe is a monthly, free, no-pitch gathering for people leaders in Cairo and Dubai. This role keeps it alive between the events: the invitations, the speakers, the follow-ups, and the group chat that runs all month.
What you will do
- Program each monthly session: topic, speaker, format, and the questions worth asking.
- Grow and curate the member list — quality of room over size of room.
- Run the event day: venue, registrations, hosting, photography, recap.
- Keep the community active online between sessions.
- Protect the no-vendor-pitch rule, including when the vendor is a sponsor.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in community, events, or field marketing.
- Genuine comfort hosting a room of senior HR professionals.
- Available on event evenings, roughly two per month.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships in the Cairo or Dubai HR community.
- Basic video and photo editing for recaps.
